Your data

This data is used ONLY to fix bugs and improve the applications. No data is sold, rented, traded, or passed on to anyone.

What we collect

appWhich application is sending the report.
origineWhich side hit the error: the phone application, or the PC server.
version_appApplication version. Without it there is no way to know if the bug is already fixed.
version_serveurVersion of the PC server the application was connected to.
android_sdkAndroid API level. System behaviour changes with every version.
android_versionAndroid version in readable form (e.g. "14").
fabricantThe single most useful field: some manufacturers kill background services aggressively, which explains most alarms that fail to ring.
modeleDevice model. A display bug often reproduces on one model only.
webviewWebView engine version. The whole interface depends on it, and its behaviour genuinely differs between versions.
ecranScreen size and density, to reproduce layout defects.
langueInterface language, for translation defects. Language alone identifies nobody.
exempt_batterieIs the app exempt from battery optimisation? If not, the alarm cannot ring with the screen off.
notificationsNotification permission granted? Same consequence as above.
install_autorisePermission to install applications? Explains failing updates.
reseauNetwork TYPE only — never the network name, never the carrier.
journalThe last lines of the internal log, already redacted on the phone. This is the timeline of the failure.
plantageStack trace of the last crash, if the application closed by itself.
commentaireWhat you wrote yourself, if you chose to write anything. This field is the only one whose content is entirely up to YOU.

What we never collect

Nothing is sent automatically. The app shows you the full report in plain text, and you must tick that you have read it before the send button appears.

Reports are automatically deleted after 365 days.

Downloads

When a file is downloaded, we add 1 to that file's total for the day. That's all: no address, no time, no browser — nothing that says who downloaded it.
